4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery timelines: Delhi/NCR 3–4 days; Metro 5–6 days; Rest of India 6–8 days.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or festivals.
- Once shipped, HippieAliens is not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Returns & Exchanges: Accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Size exchanges available for a minimal fee (please check the size chart before ordering).
- Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery (only for damaged/defective items).
- Exchange deliveries are fulfilled within 7–10 days after warehouse verification.
- Cancellation: Allowed only before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations aren’t possible.
